How will I be notified that my parcel can be picked up from a GLS ParcelLocker?
Recipients can be notified of the delivery of parcels to GLS ParcelLocker via several channels, including email, SMS, and the Viber app, and now also via the GLS Hungary mobile app.
If the recipient has a Viber app, notifications will be sent via email and Viber message.
In case the recipient does not have a Viber app, the notification will be sent via email and SMS.
Can someone else pick up my package from the GLS ParcelLocker?
Yes. Only one collection code is required to receive the package, so someone else can also receive it.
How can I send a parcel from GLS ParcelLocker?
To send a parcel from GLS ParcelLocker, simply use our ecsomag.hu website, where you can fill in the necessary information and start sending your parcel with just a few clicks.
How do I pick up a package from a parcel locker?
To collect your parcel, you will be given a PIN and a QR code for the contact details provided, which you can use to simply pick up your parcel from the parcel locker. This information is also available on the GLS Hungary mobile app, so you can easily access it from there.
What is the time to pick up the package?
You have up to 7 days to pick up your package from the moment it is placed in the parcel locker. If you do not receive the package within this period, we will return it to the sender after the 7th day.
How can I pay at the parcel locker?
Cash on delivery payment by bank card is possible at the GLS ParcelLockers.
How much does sending parcels via GLS ParcelLocker cost?
