How to collect your parcel:
Step 1
You receive an SMS and an e-mail with information regarding your parcel.
Step 2
You select the nearest GLS Parcel Shop from the delivery options link.
Step 3
You present your ID card and your parcel's number at the location, and then you can pick up your order.
Where is my parcel?
The location of your parcel can always be viewed online, on the "Track your parcel" page. To track a parcel, simply enter its delivery number (AWB) or its reference number. Please note that GLS works with distribution centers (warehouses), so the parcel passes through multiple warehouses before reaching its final destination.
I can't find the GLS Parcel Shop location. What should I do?
GLS Parcel Shop locations are marked with a blue GLS Parcel Shop sticker.
Also, the Customer Service Department (+40 269 501 900) is available from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 18:00, to offer any guidance you may need.
How long is the parcel kept in a Parcel Shop?
You have 5 working days to pick up your parcel from your selected location. The order can be picked up by presenting your ID card and the parcel's number.
